Need cardstock supplies for summer crafts? get it now before price increases!

Now is the time to start planning for mother's day crafts and summer crafts.  In your planning, you should consider using quality products.  I know that the quality of Stampin' Up cardstock and ink pads and markers is the best!  The new catalog will be coming out in June and there will be price increases.  So, now would be the time to get the great quality Stampin' Up products before the price increases.  These items can be used to make cards, scrapbook pages, banners, samplers, boxes, envelopes and more!

The picture above is another item that can be made with the wonderful Vellum from Stampin' Up!  These are the vellum tea lights that I made for my son's wedding that happened last week.  They made great decorations for both the rehearsal dinner and the wedding reception.

Also, this month is my birthday month so you get the gift if you place $40 order of an uninked spectrum pad.  This and some ink refills will give you a wonderful way to stamp in multi colors.

Shop here for your crafting needs and don't forget to use the hostess code for April: 7X37BBRW.

Craftilly yours,

Still celebrating - come join the fun!

Still my birthday month and here's a sample of some items that you can use to earn the FREE Spectrum ink pad.  Order one of each item and you're over the $40 qualifying order.

Now you may ask why I chose the amount of $40 as a qualifying order.  My big birthday is bigger than 40, but I still feel like I'm 40, so I thought that was a good reason.  I'm also putting anyone who puts in a $50 minimum order on to my 50/50 board.  I've got 22 squares left to fill it and then I'll randomly reward one of the people on the board with a FREE $50 shopping spree with me.

Here is one of my latest projects that I've thoroughly enjoyed learning how to make:

I sent this peek a boo slider card to my niece.  She thoroughly enjoyed it.  These cards are easy to make and turn out great!  I can teach you how to make it.

Help me to make this birthday month a great one!  Click here to order and don't forget the hostess code: 7X37BBRW,

Celebrating through the month,

If you shop here now and your order is less than $150 in product, use the code above and you'll earn a free item from me along with any Sale-a-bration items you earn.
There are also new items available starting today to buy that will coordinate with the items you can or have earned from Sale-a-Bration (SAB).  The cards above include some of the coordinating items.  The framelits, the punch and the sentiments used in the frog card are some of the new items that are really cool and ready to be used to make some wonderful projects.  The embossing folder in the amazing card is one of the items you can earn for a $50 product order.
The quickest way to earn FREE SAB items without having to make too many decisions other than how many months to get is to order a prepaid subscription for 3, 6 or 12 months to Paper Pumpkin.

The March kit has an extra stamp set and all the supplies needed to make some birthday cards.  Once you order the prepaid subscription of your choice, choose your SAB item(s) and activate your subscription, you'll be ready to get your kit in the mail when it ships after March 10.  So order it now before March 10.

The best deal of all is to join my team NOW!  For $99 plus tax, you get to choose an extra $50 worth of product than normal, you get FREE shipping, you get at least 20% discount on all orders after your kit and for the rest of March you get to earn SAB items with each order.  Of course you also get to be a part of my wonderful team and inspire and be inspired by the other members!  For an extra $30 added to your kit you also can receive the amazing and helpful Craft and Carry tote bag to carry your crafty items with you.

Stamping is not just for making cards!

#simplestamping

Just finished making this simple yet awesome (if I do say so myself) decorative item for a desk or wall.  It's going to be a housewarming gift for a new neighbor who has invited us to dinner.

I stamped the image and the sentiment on separate pieces of cardstock, and adhered them to a piece of Foil Designer paper.  I went a little beyond the actual parameters of simple stamping, cuz I used an embossing folder on the Foil but it would be stunning with out it too.

The shadow box was a frame I had.  The supplies are below and each item can be clicked on to take you to my store to purchase them if you live in the United States.

Lovely part of the story tutorial

Hi y'all.  As promised yesterday, here is the tutorial for the card I posted in yesterday's blog hop.

1. Cut Real Red CS to 8 1/2" x 5 1/2" and fold in half to make card base 4 1/4" x 5 1/2".

2. Using 2 3/4" stitched square framelit, and Big Shot, die cut Whisper White CS to a stitched square.

3. Use Stamparatus and acrylic sheet template (or drawn template as shown) for wreath building for this size square. Place Whisper White stitched square in position one. Place small flower stamp in center of top of square and flip side of stamparatus over to collect. Ink up flower part only in Real Red and stamp onto square.

4. Rotate stitched white square to diamond view of template. ink up only flower and stamp. Rotate stitched white square to next square view and stamp flower. Repeat till 5 stamped flowers.

5. Remove flower stamp from Stamparatus and place decorated border line on stitched square. Collect with side and ink in Versamark. Stamp. Rotate square 180 degrees and ink and stamp again.

6. Remove decorated border and place sentiment from Part of my Story on stitched white square under flowers. Collect with side of stamparatus and ink with Versamark and stamp.

7. Use Copper Embossing powder to coat 2 bars and sentiment. Shake off and tap off excess powder. Use Heat Tool to emboss.

8. Cut Silver Foil Sheet to 3 1/4" square. Using Basket Weave Texture folder, put it thru the Big Shot.

9. Sponge all 4 edges of both squares with Stazon Black ink. Adhere Silver square at top of Real Red card base and adhere White square towards bottom of Silver square.

TADA! You're done!

Lovely part of the story

Welcome to the Paper Crafting monthly blog hop's January 2019 hop featuring Stampin' Up's Sale-a-Bration sets and products.   Sale-a-Bration is the time of year that you earn FREE items for each $50 order.  I am glad you landed here.  If you came here from Terri Stewart's US hop, I'm sure her post project was great.  First I hale from the wonderful state of Texas in the United States. I've been an independent Stampin' Up demonstrator for almost 15 and 2/3 years.  I've only been blogging for a little while and just realized this is my 100th blog post.  Help me celebrate by commenting and I'll choose a random commenter to receive a free gift from me.

I would like to share the inspiration behind my card.   I received Lovely Lattice from the prize patrol at the OnStage event in November.  It is one of the Sale-a-Bration sets you can earn for a $50 order. Who doesn't love FREE?!  I've seen lots of examples using the big flower basket stamp from this set but none that really used the other 2 stamps.  As one of them was a decorated border line, and the name of the set is Lovely Lattice, I decided to use it with my Stamparatus and either do a grid or outline with it.  I also wanted to use the little flower from this set w/ one of the sentiments from the Part of the Story set.  As I was playing with that idea, my design changed but I like it and I used the 2 stamps I wanted to use.

Please return to my blog tomorrow to find out how to make this card.  Also, please leave a comment to tell me what you like about my card and this International blog hop.  Also, please consider sharing my blog post with other people who might be interested in creating fun and easy projects.  You can find the list of items needed to make this card after the list of blog hopper links.  In the meantime, please hop to the next stop, Katie Johnson, on the blog hop.  I'm sure you're going to enjoy her project too.  Please leave her a comment too.
